Amit has over 18 years of work experience and prior to joining Aviva, has worked in HR leadership roles at Bank of America, Royal bank of Scotland, American Express and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. He has undertaken regional assignments in Malaysia & Sri Lanka during his career.

Amit graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and is a Management Graduate in Human Resource from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He is also an Alumnus of School of Industrial and Labour relations, Cornell University and Said Business School – Oxford University and a Certified Coach from ICF.

Amit has been recognised both within and outside Aviva for his contributions. Warikoo has been an Internet entrepreneur since 2008. Sumana has more than 12 years of work experience across Banking, NBFCs and Asset Management Companies and has served roles across multiple functions- sales, new business development, marketing and training. Prior to joining DSP, she has worked with Standard Chartered Bank, Religare Macquarie and Goldman Sachs.

Sumana has management degree in marketing from the University of Pune. She is also a Certified Trainer from Dale Carnegie Training, India.

Sajal has over 9 years of experience in the HR Analytics space. Having completed his degree in MSc Statistics from the London School of Economics, he developed an ardor towards solving complex business problems using data and analytics. He’s spearheaded analytics teams across many organizations like American Express, Gartner, ICICI Bank and is currently leading the Talent Analytics initiatives at RIL, where he is leveraging the power of Big Data and Predictive Models to improve the maturity of HR analytics and reporting across the Hire to Retire lifecycle. Other than analytics, he is passionate about mentoring students and providing them advice on career and life-skills.

Shweta Kumar heads Learning and Development for Naspers APAC. In this role, she helps all Naspers investee companies in APAC to create and execute the most relevant and impactful talent agenda for them. She also heads learning and development for PayU global (Naspers Fintech). She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked in multiple geographies and industry sectors. Prior to this, she was Head of OD and L&D for Honeywell India. She is passionate about learning, open source education and enjoys music and trekking in her spare time. She lives in Gurgaon with her husband and two children.

Surya Prakash Mohapatra

Surya Prakash Mohapatra, currently the Global Head- Talent Transformation at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms has 23+ years of experience in various leadership roles in several leading IT and ITES organizations. Prior to Wipro, he worked in HP, Microland, FirstRing, Computer Garage and a few other organizations. Surya has extensive experience in setting up and running learning and development functions for organizations in India and international locations. Surya set up the global training function for Wipro BPS which spanned across 10 locations in Brazil, Mexico, Romania, Poland, China and India.

He has led leadership development, capability building and talent management efforts in various organizations. He was instrumental in setting up the Management Academy and Domain Gurukul in Wipro BPO. Surya brings with him a vast experience in setting up Knowledge Centers of Excellence in various domains, defining and implementing training models for Rural BPO, Tier-III BPO etc.

In his current role at Wipro, he is engaged in evolving strategies for building organizational capability, developing people, managing organizational knowledge across in order to drive Wipro’s vision. In the past, he played a key role in setting up the training function in HP GBS. He was one of the key contributors to HP’s Charisma Program as the global leader for the training tower. Some of the best-in-class initiatives led by him, has received industry recognition as well.

In his career spanning 15 years, Tannistho has worn multiple hats in instructional design, project management, advertising, brand management, and marketing in organizations such as Tata Interactive Systems, Reliance, ABP Group and Bates Chi and Partners. In his current role, he spearheads the development of an eLearning and Content division at Manipal Digital Systems, a Manipal Group Company, and works with organizations across India, US, UK, Kenya and other countries to address L&D challenges.

Vivek is a passionate L&D professional with a rare combination of experience and exposure to a variety of industries such as Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Retail, E-Commerce, BFSI and Consumer Services. He is currently working with Zomato as Head of Learning & Development.

Prior to Zomato, He has worked with Flipkart as Dean Flipkart University, Jana Bank as Head L&D, Head of Operations Academy at Reliance Retail, Circle Performance Head at Reliance Communications, Business Development Head NIS corporate training division and in-house training departments of Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, and Lupin Laboratories. He has delivered guest lecture during the Malaysian HR Congress held at Kuala Lumpur, and conducted various training programs across India and South East Asia.

He has authored several books on the variety of topics such as Motivation, Customer Service, Communications, Pharmaceutical Selling and Pharmaceutical Sales Management.He specializes in developing Leadership pipeline through Succession Planning and organizing Assessment and Development Centres.
